Verification of the professional career of Dr Michał August Bergonzoni from 1799

The Prussian Ober-Collegium Medicum et Sanitatis bears witness to the the professional career of Dr Michał August Bergonzoni and permits him to conduct medical practices in Warsaw.
Michał August Bergonzoni (1748-1819), doctor of philosophy and medicine, court advisor to King Stanisław August Poniatowski, was the creator of the military health service structure, a doctor of the royal army and the army of the Duchy of Warsaw.
